Europe
Where else can you experience fine food, exquisite art, architectural splendour and world-class museums? London, Paris, Rome, Amsterdam, Venice -- you'll find all this and more European city sights and attractions.

North America

USA
Every traveler in the United States - be they foreigners on a coast-to-coast road trip or locals exploring their extraordinarily diverse land - has some idea of what to expect. American culture has become so thoroughly shared throughout the globe that one of the principal joys of getting to know the country is the repeated, delicious shock of the familiar. Yellow taxis on busy city streets; roadside mailboxes straight out of Peanuts cartoons; wooden porches overlooking the cottonfields; tumbleweed skittering across the desert; endless highways dotted with pick-up trucks and chrome-plated diners; the first sight of the Grand Canyon, or the Manhattan skyline - now more than ever an indelibly iconic image.

Hawaii
The islands of HAWAII , with their volcanoes , palm-fringed beaches , verdant valleys , glorious rainbows and awesome cliffs , hold some of the most spectacularly beautiful scenery on earth. However, despite their isolation, two thousand miles out in the Pacific, they belong very definitely to the United States. If you expect your South Seas idyll to be completely unspoiled, forget it; the fantasy of a dream holiday in Paradise remains firmly rooted in the creature comforts of home.

Canada
Canada is almost unimaginably vast. It stretches from the Atlantic to the Pacific and from the latitude of Rome to beyond the Magnetic North Pole. Its archetypal landscapes are the Rocky Mountain lakes and peaks, the endless forests and the prairie wheatfields, but Canada holds landscapes that defy expectations: rainforest and desert lie close together in the southwest corner of the country, while in the east a short drive can take you from fjords to lush orchards. What's more, great tracts of Canada are completely unspoiled - ninety percent of the country's 28.5 million population lives within 100 miles of the US border.

Mexico
The north of Mexico, relatively speaking, is dull, arid and sparsely populated outside of a few industrial cities - like Monterrey - which are heavily American-influenced. The Baja California wilderness has its devotees, the border cities can be exciting in a rather sleazy way, and there are beach resorts on the Pacific, but most of the excitement lies in central and southeastern Mexico.

Central America & Caribbean

Central America
Central America is the narrow bridge of land connecting North and South America.
It borders Mexico on the north and Colombia on the south. The Pacific Ocean lies to the west, and the Caribbean Sea--an arm of the Atlantic Ocean--lies to the east.
Central America consists of seven countries: Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama.

Caribbean
The Caribbean Islands are hosts to some of the world's most spectacular beaches and can accommodate any type of vacation plan throughout the year.
Due to colder winter conditions in North America and Europe people are looking for a warm, tropical vacation. Thus "High Season" occurs from Mid-December through April- this is the most popular and expensive time to go to the islands. "Low Season" is the summer months that travelers can find the best deals on the somewhat less crowded islands. May and the fall months are a good time for couples to go if they are looking for lower package prices and less of a family crowd. Family travel is heaviest in summer, holidays and in the spring or school breaks.
Some islands such as Anguilla, Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao rarely have rain. (They average below 25 inches per year) While others such as Puerto Rico and St. Croix have fairly constant rainfall on one end of the island while the other end is dry and almost desert like.
The Caribbean covers an area of about 1,000,000 square miles of sea and land. There is a little over 100,000 square miles of land spread across that 1,000,000 miles. Cuba is the largest Caribbean island of the more than 2,500 islands that arch out from Florida all the way down to the north coast of South America. It is important to know the size of the Caribbean to know the distances involved when sailing or flying between different islands.

Bahamas
Graced with beautiful beaches of pink sand, evocative windswept panoramas and countless opportunities for diving, snorkelling and fishing, the islands of the Bahamas are well established as one of the world's top draws for both intrepid explorers and casual vacationers.

Dominican Republic
Occupying the eastern half of the island of Hispaniola, the Dominican Republic (or the DR, as it's often known) is a hugely popular destination, thanks to the portion of the country that most resembles the image of a Caribbean playland: the crystal-clear waters and sandy beaches lined with palm trees, of which the DR has plenty. This vision of leisurely days spent by the sea and romantic nights filled with merengue and dark rum is supported by what turns out to be the largest all-inclusive resort industry in the world.

Jamaica
Rightly famous for its beaches and music, beautiful, brash Jamaica is much more besides. There's certainly plenty of white sand, turquoise sea and swaying palm trees, but there are also spectacular mountains and rivers, tumbling waterfalls and cactus-strewn savannah plains. Far more than just a resort, the island also boasts vibrant towns and cities such as sprawling Kingston , which inspired the music of Bob Marley and countless other home-grown reggae superstars.

Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay/Braco

Puerto Rico
Geographically, Puerto Rico is a Caribbean hub, presiding squarely over the waters between Hispaniola and the Virgin Islands. As a commonwealth of the US, however, it remains a world apart from its island neighbours, over a distance that can be measured not just in kilometres, but in dollars. It's island life with infrastructure, the likes of which the Tropic of Cancer seldom sees: excellent interstate highways, for example, allow travellers to zip from coral reef to five-star restaurant, and hikers can traipse through the spectacular El Yunque rainforest on well-paved trails maintained by the US National Forest Service.

US Virgin Islands
usv_pic.jpg (6949 bytes)With its sea-swept landscapes, historic towns, duty-free shopping and luxurious resorts, the UNITED STATES VIRGIN ISLANDS bask in the combination of familiar yet exotic that makes them one of the most popular cruise-ship destinations in the Caribbean.
Of the sixty islands, islets and cays (most of which are uninhabited) that make up the USVI, the biggest and busiest are St Thomas, St Croix and St John.

South America
South America, the planet's 4th largest continent includes (12) countries and (3) major territories. The continent contains the Amazon River and rainforest, the Andes Mountains, and some of the most spectacular scenery on the planet. The continent's (highest point) is Cerro Aconcagua, Andes Mountains, Argentina, 22, 833ft (6,959m), while the (lowest point) is on the Peninsula Valdes, in Argentina, 151 ft (40m) below sea level.

Asia
The delights of Asia are revealed by vacationing to this intriguing continent. If you've ever wanted to practice Tai Chi in the park or learn to cook dim sum, then a vacation to China is the journey for you. Or perhaps you want to discover the history and culture of Japan, India, Thailand or Cambodia. Whatever you choose, you're sure to revel in the beauty of the many facets of Asia.

South Pacific
The luxurious island resorts of the South Pacific allow discerning travelers to experience the exotic without surrendering comfort or style.

Africa & Middle East
From the beauty of Morocco or Turkey to culturally rich Egypt, the agressive traveler who seeks an in depth appreciation for the culture, history and beauty of the origins of civilization will be right at home in this region of the world.
